Turkey Veggie Tray

If you are looking for a fun idea for your Thanksgiving dinner or get-togethers, here is how I put together a fun Turkey Veggie Tray. And it’s a healthy way to celebrate Thanksgiving.

First, I used Romaine Lettuce for the top layer of feathers.  Just lay them on the top arch of your tray.

Second, layer with all the other veggies you want to use. (Ex: celery, peppers, carrots, cucumbers, etc) I used a fork to make a design on my cucumbers so they looked more like feathers.

Third, I put the dip in a small bowl and created the face, arms & legs with colored peppers. For the eyes, I used peppercorns.

Lastly, I filled in the tray with all the other feathers (veggies) and there you go! Turkey Veggie Tray - finished

Bonus! I also made this cute cheese and meat tray using Pepperoni, Salami, Canadian Bacon & several different types of Cheese.
